I went to collect preordered buche de noel and got paris brest while there too. That was sadly the last time. I had to specify what cake I was picking up as order number was not clear enough for staff. Paris brest was stale and cream way too solid and buttery. Far cry from light lovely cream it is supposed to be. Buche de Noel( yule log) was a total joke!!! A block of filling with tiny sticks of sponge inside. Completely inedible! Did you burn the cake and decided to just shape the filling like a cake hoping nobody would notice??????Remind your "pastry chef" that it's a roulade with cream filling , not a blob of cream filling . Disgusting

A great location! It’s right in front of St Paul’s CathedralsI cannot resist getting something to eat and drink when I walk past this place especially when the weather is nice.I bought a cup of decaf flat white and olive bread sticks for breakfast today. I enjoyed every sip and bite. All the pastries and desserts are all so tasty. I often buy bread for takeaway.

I am really disappointed. I generally like Paul very much and have had consistent quality and service at every Paul we’ve been. Today, the macaroon we bought was clearly past it’s prime (non edible), it was served in a piece of paper since we were told there were no proper plates available, and the whole atmosphere smelled decline. Shape up please.

I was shocked to see how dirty the place was! I knew Paul was a good cafe but this branch literally needs department of sanitation called for inspection. I told them I would sit outside and they put my sandwich on a tissue and placed it on a very dirty tray! I asked for a small plate so that I feel a human not a dog and they said they don’t offer plates for their terrace outside! Shocked again! And last, the cappuccino I ordered was really bad too
